What is the return policy?

At Brown n Yellow we’re aiming for 100% happy customers – underwear included. If something doesn’t feel right, just let us know and we’ll fix it together.

Simply log in to your account or use the link in your order or shipping confirmation to find your order. From there, you can drop us a question or start a return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and you can hand in your package at the nearest DB Schenker drop-off point.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We ship Monday to Friday and always as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with the tracking details.

Within Sweden, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days.

We’re not shipping outside Sweden just yet – but we’re working on it. If you’re interested, drop us an email at customercare@brownnyellow.com and we’ll try to help you anyways.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Portugal of the finest jerzey material. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

At present we have one shipping method in Sweden (pick up point with Schenker) which is charged with 59 SEK. Shipping is free for orders above 349 SEK. We continuously work to improve our delivery offer.
