Shipping policy

Brown n Yellow processes and delivers all orders in the order they are received. Your order will be delivered via Schenker Ombud to your nearest pickup point.

We currently deliver to customers in Sweden. 

Our standard delivery with Schenker in Sweden cost 59 SEK. For orders above 349 SEK we offer free shipping. 

You will normally receive your items within 2–5 business days after we have received your order, provided that your order is approved. During certain periods, such as peak season, delivery times may be longer.

We always strive to deliver the products you have ordered on time, but occasionally issues may arise. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and provide a new estimated delivery time as soon as possible.

If your delivery is delayed and we have not already informed you, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the cause.

If a delay is of significant importance to you, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Let us know immediately if it is essential for you to receive the products within a specific timeframe.
